I ordered chips cheese and donner. The donner meat was cold and crispy and the chips were stale and cold. I then proceeded to politely phone up and request a refund, I was then met with the statement "we'll have to take that one back then" that's fine I don't understand what you want with it but I certainly wasn't gonna eat it. This was at 11:15pm it is now 1am and I have sat waiting patiently and anxiously for somebody to come and pick this up and nobody has shown up. I am autistic and stick to a strict routine this whole thing messed my whole night up and I'm not sure a refund is enough for the problems caused to me tonight.
